- Standard Processing: Up to 30 days (1 month) depending on complexity and order volume.
2. Non-Custom Orders
Q: How long is the production time for ready-made products?
Non-custom items are usually ready to ship within 2–4 days.
3. Shipping Time
Q: How long does shipping take?
- USA & Canada: ~10 days
- Europe: ~7 days
- Asia: 3–5 days
Note: We ship from Hong Kong. Shipping times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Unfortunately, no. All of our products are handmade, requiring time, materials, and effort to complete, so we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has started production.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Q: What if my product arrives damaged or gets lost?
Please DM us or email us with your order details.
We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you can place an order through our store, we can ship to you.

Yes. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are covered, so you won’t need to pay anything extra.
